The facilities were amazing, the rooms amazing and the hotel was very well maintained. Everybody was extremely nice and attentive, food and drinks were very generous!we had a great time!

Swimming pool, rivers and parks.

- One day they didn't do room service and the following days I had to call to remind them. - In several bars they didn't have some drinks because they were out of bottles. - They charge you separately for several things, for example: We went to have 2 massages at the SPA and to use the SPA pool, had a cost of USD 140 - XAAK Restaurant was for free reservations since other restaurants were closed. But when we went they charged us separately for the pairing (more than USD 100) - If you are from the hotel when you go to the parks (Ex: Xplor, Xcaret, etc.) you have to pay for the beers separately and they don't give you towels either, you have to pay for them too.
